Hat Trick Hero Review Day 71
4th July 2017
Sgt Smithy Reviews Hat Trick Hero
The start of Wimbledon on Monday meant plenty of Tennis matches available and our tipster picked 3 Wimbledon lines for our treble. Dustin Brown was our first tip to play and he lost the first set but managed to win the next 3 and got us off to a good start. Khachanov was the second tip and he struggled a little more. He went one set ahead twice before Kuznetsov won a set back to equalise the match but eventually Khachanov won 3-2.
The final match was an incredible feat of endurance. The Croatian Ivo Karlovic was picked to beat Briton Aljaz Bedene and neither player lost their serve for the entire match until the very last moment. It took 66 games and over 4 and a half hours to decide the winner but the younger Brit eventually broke Karlovic’s serve to win the match. Interestingly, it was the 4th time that the two had met in competition and Bedene has won all four. The Croatian retired in the first two matches but just over 2 months ago Bedene had beaten Karlovic in straight sets.
