Wednesday’s email from The Football Guru brought 3 selections from the Champion’s league. PSG were tipped to beat Bayern at home which they consequently did, 3-0 whilst Chelsea were picked to beat Athletico Madrid away. They were far from the favourites at odds of 4.0 but they played well and a last minute goal won them the match and our second bet. In the final pick, Manchester United were all set to win and to complete a high priced treble but a 90 minute goal from CSKA Moscow meant that the English side couldn’t win to nil. There was still a 5.1 points profit but it was almost 30 points on day 89.
