Luckless 2 days, loads of places that reduced it to a small loss over the weekend but overall it’s another week in profit which is the main aim.

Very sad news regarding London Prize, not much else matters when you see such a grand horse lose their life. Thoughts with all connected to the horse.

Tips for Monday 20th November, 2017

Easy Tiger brings the best form to the table here and had he been drawn lower he’d be a large stake bet. Stall 9 is a negative but he does possess good early speed so he should in theory be able to overcome it with a good start. He is in fantastic form at the moment, is clearly on a workable mark and the fact he drops down two grades for this is surely a huge bonus. Keniry rides him well and knows how he needs to be ridden. I am also going to put up Inexes in here. We were on him last time out and I felt he could have finished closer with a more forceful ride. He was still only beaten 1 1/2l’s in this grade and from stall 1 if he can break well then he should get the perfect tow into this. Wolverhampton has a fairly short straight and that will suit this horse as he has the pace to win over 6f’s. Makin will want to hold onto this one for as long as possible. I hate backing flat horses of a long break and that puts lines through the top two in the betting and even without that fact their respective prices lack value.

Rockley Point ran a huge race over this C and D last time out. Held up in last he finished strongly to be beaten just 1/2l on the line. He is better drawn tomorrow and although up 2lb he is still well treated on past form. A strong pace looks very likely and if Joey Haynes can ride him a little closer to the pace then he should go very close.
