As I thought this service has stopped for the time being, this is the email I received today

Thank you very much for agreeing to test my service. I really appreciate it and am grateful for the opportunity. As I’m sure you’ll agree, the results have been dire so there is little point in carrying on with the service in its current model. I am going to make a few tweaks, test it again and come back again. Would be great to have a chat further down the line regarding another trial.
