The Low Lay – Day 24
3rd July 2011
Sergeant Rich – Reviews The Low Lay
Hi Bloggers, today’s selection lost its race so we made a profit today. Shortly after receiving the email notification this morning I checked and the Betfair price was already above 3.0. I set my lay bet at 3.0 to go in-play if necessary. The horse drifted out towards 4.0 and third favourite during the day. Then in the ten minutes up to off time it came down to favourite again and my 3.0 bet was matched just before the off. The horse lost by nearly a length.
We are back to our previous high point on profit from day 11, now, so we have survived a few winning horses.
The “Actual Price” is the betfair price available for the Low Lay tip at the time I checked betfair prices. If this is above the Max price I will try to monitor the price available in-play whenever posssible. These results are to a 1 point or £50 Lay.

If you want to compare my results with the Low Lay website results, bear in mind my review started on the 2nd June and I’ve had a few no-bet days and missed days. The last column in my results is to £50 stakes the next to last column is to 1 point stakes. The website reports to £100 stakes (which would need a £2,000 pot). See my Intro for full details of this. Cheers,
