Hi, Sgt Colin here, with the latest update on the performance of the Odds On Ron system.
I initially started with a bank of 100 points, staking 1 point per selection (using level stakes) and aiming to return c4 points per day (using the staking plan). After 19 days we were ahead by 10.9 points to level stakes, and 58.4 points using the advised staking plan.
8 qualifying selections today, but as we “stop at a winner”, we only backed the first 2, with the 2nd romping home at Betfair odds of 7.1. As a result we gained 6.1 points using level stakes and 10.6 points using the staking plan.
So after 20 days we have the following stats:
Staking Plan: Initial bank 100 Total Staked 230.4 points Profit 68.9 points Closing Bank 168.9 ROI 30%
Level Stakes: Initial bank 100 Total staked 87 points Profit 17 points Closing Bank 117.0 ROI 20%
We have achieved an 18% hit rate on win bets (10 wins), and 55% of selections have placed.
For my own interest, I’ve also started monitoring the performance of the selections we didn’t back due to the staking plan. Over the last 2 days we’ve had 3 winners and 2 placed horse from the 9 races we selected but didn’t back.
