The email arrived at 9.50am & contained the selections for the day, the recommended number of points to stake & the recommended bookmaker & odds. All bets were placed within 15 minutes of  receipt of the email at the best odds available. These didn’t differ greatly from those in the email & in some cases were even better. This is the email:

If better odds were available at betfair then i took those.
