* I noticed after the first couple of Lucky 15s that BetVictor had changed their website T&Cs so that the double odds consolation for one winner and 10% bonus for all correct no longer applied to football betting as of the 4th March this year. Clearly the My Lucky 15 team we’re not aware of this (I’m sure it wasn’t widely publicised), so I emailed support and was impressed that the team sent out revised odds and advice within a couple of hours of my message. Excellent customer service.
