Hi, the 8th, 9th & 10th days’ results of the trial here. E-mails were received in plenty of time, and I’m monitoring the performance of the tips in 2 ways – as a 2 point win bet, and as a 1 point each way bet, starting with 150 points as the bank.
27th November – 2 selections. No winners, but a 3rd place at 7/2. 4 points lost on the win bets, 2.3 points lost each way.
28th November – 2 selections. A winner @ 3.75 and a 2nd place @ 4/1. 3.24 points won each way, 3.5 points on the win bets.
29th November – 2 selections at longer odds – but neither came anywhere near to a place. 4 points lost.
So to date we stand:
Bank 1: Win bets
Start Bank 150 points, 42 points staked, 17 points lost Closing bank 133.0
Bank 2: Each way
Start Bank 150 points, 42 points staked, 9.95 points gained Closing Bank 140.05
Hit rate: Wins 14% Place 48%.
A disappointing start then for our trial. 3 selections today – can they finish the month on a high?
