Still in the red on the win bets, but a decent start to the New Year – could it be kept going?
E-mails were received in plenty of time, and I’m monitoring the performance of the tips in 2 ways – as a 2 point win bet (unless advised differently), and as a 1 point each way bet, starting with 150 points as the bank.
7th January – 2 selections, both nowhere
8th January – 2 selections, and another disappointing day
Bank 1: Win bets
Start Bank 150 points, 169 points staked,14.38 points lost Closing bank 135.6. ROI -10%
Bank 2: Each way
Start Bank 150 points, 172 points staked, 6.25 points lost Closing Bank 143.8 ROI -4%
Hit rate: Wins 21% Place 54%.
So two disappointing days to follow a winning one, and time is running out for the review to make decent gains – only 12 days to go before we review whether to continue.
