The Snout Review Day5

Sgt Pete – Reviews The Snout
Another poor day for the Snout as he himself admits:
“A load of rubbish today, being completely honest, results wise. Keystroke should have won (beaten on the nod, how many times…) and Upavon looked a certain winner with a furlong to go but was battled out into 2nd. Hairdryer also was just narrowly beaten despite being well backed. Today summed up how the all weather season has gone. Lots of market support, and some absolute near misses. Take our first race, for example. Examiner and Baraweez out of a big field, despite their good draws, were turning in widest of all. How that happens is absolutely beyond me. I am convinced that we have not had the rub of the green – and trust me it takes a huge amount for me to say that – this season. February was a very good month but March has just not started yet. “
