The PDF is ready but it has a mistake on the contents page so it needs a minor change.  However if you can’t wait until tomorrow Irina has said she will send out a copy if you contact her. I don’t know how long she will do that tonight as she is 2 hours ahead of UK time so it’s already nearly 9pm her local time.

I am also considering doing a write up explaining why we removed some things from the original and why we’ve made the changes we have. I’ve tried to keep the logic of the system very much the same as there wasn’t actually much wrong with the system but we all know that it was written poorly so I’ve just changed all the bits that weren’t clear before and added a couple of things that were missing. If this would be of interest please drop me an email on the help desk.
