The top-rated selection won this one convincingly, but unfortunately did not get matched at the asking price of 5.20. Of the remaining four selections, three did get matched which resulted in a three-point loss on the day.
Not quite the worst cased scenario, but it is easy to see how a well-backed favourite, steaming in before the off with the rest of the selections all matched and unable to catch it, making the day a lose lose situation.
