The e-mail from GG lays started, by saying
“First things first. A horrible day yesterday, probably the worst since inception. However it has always been stressed that there would be losing runs and this is one. Equally well stressed has been the long term, bank building aspect of the service, and it is still well in profit since launch.
The flat turf begins next week and plans are already in hand to improve performance next winter, with closer inspection of NHF races one of the priorities. The message then, is please don’t panic.”
