Hello again and welcome to this review of Prudent Place Profits from the prolific Steve Davidson and team. We should first clear up any anomaly in the name as it is presented in a few different ways. The website is www.prudentprofit.com. When you load your software the icon says pp-profits, when you open it up the title bar says PRUDENT PLACE PROFITS, and only when you look at the graphical title do you see the important word, LAY. So just to be absolutely clear this is a software product that you will load on your computer and run after 5.30am each day. It will select horses that are to be layed in the place market on Betfair.
If you have not bought any software from this source before I can tell you that it is very easy to download and install. To get it running requires an activation key, the message says that it will be provided within 24 hours, which is reasonable since the vendors are in Australia, but in my experience it has never taken anything like that long. I believe that this, like all their software, is for Windows only, so if you use any other operating system you should check first that it is suitable.
On signing up you will be sent an email with a link to your software, for which you are buying a 1 year subscription. You will also be able to download the PDF instruction manual. Because the software has been designed to work with a betting bot called The Bet Engine, the majority of the manual concerns importing and managing the selections within the bot, and is not relevant unless you are going to buy this as well. Using the software could not be easier, you just open it and click the scan button and the days selections will appear.
Check out the sales page and you will be presented with more tables, graphs and screen shots than you can imagine. I am going to simplify this to a weekly summary, giving profit or loss figures for level lay stakes and level lay liabilities, together with strike rate and return on investment figures which will hopefully make your decision whether to buy or not a bit easier.
