The Football Guru Review Day 14
18th July 2017
Sgt Smithy Reviews The Football Guru
There were 5 bets sent out on Friday, all of which were playing the following day. They ranged from a pre-season friendly to the Euro 2017 Under 19 final.
Guangzhou got us off to a great start, winning 2-1 to satisfy the match result and BTTS conditions. Portugal let the next 2 bets down but it was good news for English folk as we won the Euro under 19 final.
As a rule, I don’t bet on friendlies (amongst some other criteria) but Wolves were tipped to win against Plzen on Saturday and the reasoning was fairly sound, they did well and won 2-1. A final bet for Sligo to win to nil was unsuccessful as the match ended 1-1 but the 2 wins were enough to make a profit for the day.
