Hi, the 13th & 14th days’ results of the trial here. E-mails were received in plenty of time, and I’m monitoring the performance of the tips in 2 ways – as a 2 point win bet (unless advised differently), and as a 1 point each way bet, starting with 150 points as the bank. We have had a rough start to the review, with only 3 winning horses from 27 selections. Could we do better in December?
2nd December – 2 selections, both ending in 3rd place @ 6.5 & 7.0. One place win only. 4 points lost on the win bets, 1.5 points lost each way.
3rd December – 3 selections. The first 2 failed to place, but the third came in @ 9/4. So 0.5 points gained on the win bets, but 1.19 points lost on the place bets.
Bank 1: Win bets
Start Bank 150 points, 63 points staked, 31.5 points lost Closing bank 118.5
Bank 2: Each way
Start Bank 150 points, 64 points staked, 23.14 points lost Closing Bank 126.86
Hit rate: Wins 13% Place 41%.
