Well i decided today was a non betting day in the first half of the afternoon alot of the races would not have qualified due to large fields and being too competitive. We had Ascot and Haydock within 5 minutes of each other and as was the case Ascot had a delay and Ascot and Haydock were near enough starting at the same time for alot of the afternoon. , which made working both meetings impossible. I think that you have to plan your day with these methods i put my experience of FP to use here, the author only bets around 20 to 25 days a month, its important with a strategy like this to take a day off now and then to recharge the old batteries as it can be abit intense at times.,
