A really tough day put in 4 hours started off badly with 2 losers from the first 3 bets including a horse that was contesting the lead at the last hurdle and got brought down, oh well thats racing!. Anyway i finished by 6pm and the last 2 results were good at 1.6 and 1.69, we also got a 1.8 along the way so the day finished with a very small profit of 0.16 points. Would like to state and this is from the author that this strategy works alot better manually than with bots, their is nothing stated in the manual that says you have to bet all day on the contrary the author suggests setting yourself a sensible profit target for the day, he uses the strategy personally and bets around 20 t0 25 days in a month. If you look at the BF ATM website you will see that various days betting are shown with the time being spent on those days being from 30 minutes to 4 hours , if i remember correctly the average is 2 hours per day, i hope this is now resolves issues about following the betting all day and using bots. The only bot i am using is Fairbot because the interface is quicker than the Betfair but i still have to place the bets manually.
