Started with a list of 15 races of which 6 ended up being no betting races of the remaining 9 i managed 6 winning bets and ended the day with a small loss of 0.94 points. It was tough because the races were close together and hard to get a handle on some of the races because i missed the start, i can certainly see why the author uses it for around 20 odd days a month it can be intense at times and you certainly need a few days of a month. At the moment i would say Saturdays would be one of the best days to take off, even with reducing it to fields of 12 runners or less i still had alot of races to contend with, even the races which end up being Non Betting ones you are observing because circumstances and odds change rapidly.

Running Bank after Day 34 = 151.48 points ( +51.48 points)
