The Evening Value Service – Day 33

The Evening Value ServiceSgt Tony continues his review of The Evening Value Service

Hi All

Today is 3rd July and Day 33 of our review. We started this review with a bank of £500 and are using £10 per point on a level stakes basis.

Kieran provided us with 10 selections today:

18.10 Stratford Amen 4.00 Tote, BSQ, 888, Coral
18.40 Stratford Laudatory 10.00 SJ
19.10 Stratford Life of a Luso 8.50 Tote, Betfred
19.40 Stratford The Good Guy 13.00 Generally
18.20 Kempton Take a Note 6.50 Generally
18.20 Kempton Christopher Chua 15.00 Generally
19.20 Kempton Waterford Star 2.25 Sky, Tote, Betfred, PP
20.20 Kempton Amoralist 6.00 Generally
20.20 Kempton Daliance 6.50 SJ, Bodog
21.20 Kempton Gallantry 17.00 Boyle

Take a Note won at 6.50 and Waterford Star won at 2.25, but the other 8 selections lost. That left us with a loss for the day of £12.50 or 1.25 points at level stakes.

Our brought forward bank from last time was £207.30 so, with the loss today of £12.50 or 1.25 points at level stakes, that means that our closing balance at the end of Day Thirty Three is £194.80, giving us a loss to date of £305.20 or 30.52 points at level stakes.

Kieran has told me that this is the worst June that they have ever experienced, which has been compounded by the fact that a lot of his selections have been placed, some by only a nose or a head! We shall press on with the trial and see if it can improve, despite the appalling weather forecast for July! Is it really Summer?

Please let me know if you need any further information about the service.

All the best

Sgt. Tony
