Hardcourt Heroes – Day 32

Hardcourt Heroes – January 13
Hi Bloggers,
As you know it was a miserable Saturday with 4 losses.
Looking at Saturday’s scores around the league there were a couple of big upsets that I anticipated, including Phoenix beating Chicago at odds of 3.8 and Philadelphia winning against Houston at odds of 2.4.
I’m really kicking myself for not recommending those bets and really am not sure why I didn’t, but perhaps I’ve become overly conservative due to the pressures of the trial.
Earlier in the season I certainly would have made those bets as I was getting behind considerably more high priced underdogs, and with considerable success.
I’m not going to start blindly backing big underdogs and will still get behind plenty of favorites, but I’m giving myself a firm reminder that if I find a number of good reasons why a favorite shouldn’t be backed then it’s probably worth getting behind the underdog instead.
So with that in mind, you can expect more bets at bigger odds from here on in.
And although those of you who’ve been with us since the beginning are still in very healthy profit, those who joined within the last month certainly are not, so I’m going to extend the free trial period for a bit to give you more time to see what we can do when we get on a roll.
I’m not putting a definitive date on it at this time, but we’ll see how it goes.
On to the bets then and we have 5 singles for Sunday, 2 of which we’ll combine for the daily parlay.
Odds are estimated at this point from a few bookmakers who’ve posted them so I’ll adjust as necessary, but I doubt they’ll change considerably.
