Golf Tips:
10 selections in the Scottish Open, 5 top 10 finishers, 5 72hole match bets. 2 points gained on the top 10 finishers, thanks to Henrik Stenson & Marcel Siem (0.5 points @ 6/1), but only 2 wins in the match bets gave 1.1 of those back.
9 selections in the John Deere classic. 2 winners out of 5 in the top 10 finishers (Johnson & Stricker), and 2 out of 4 on the match play resulted in 0.9 points lost.
So the first week’s golf tips virtually broke even on 19 points bet.
Football Tips:
The first tips were both “both teams to score”, in the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Unfortunately, in the Panama v Canada game, neither team hit the net, and in the second, El Salvador v Haiti, only the home team scored.
So 2 bets, 2 points down.
So overall:
