Hardcourt Heroes – Day 26

Hardcourt Heroes – January 7
Hi Bloggers,
This is really getting quite ridiculous as we fell victim to another late collapse last night.
Detroit led by as many as 13 and looked in control most of the way but then only managed to score 14 points in the 4th quarter against the league’s worst defense. Charlotte tied it up in the final seconds and then pulled away in overtime for a 108-101 win.
I am not making excuses and a loss is a loss any way you look at it, but over the past 2 days late collapses by Dallas and Detroit have resulted in a huge 9.36 point swing in our bank, and we’d actually be well in profit for the month had they won as they should have.
It just goes to show what a fine line there is between winning and losing at times, and with just a bit of luck on our side we should cross over that line and turn around what’s been a very poor start to the month.
We’ll look to get started today with 3 singles that we’ll also combine for the parlay.
I’ll also just add that on a more positive note odds on Memphis drifted considerably yesterday morning out to 1.5 with a rumor circulating that Zack Randolph had the flu and might not play. He did play though, and was a major factor in an easy win for the Grizzlies.
