Sergeant John Reviewing Little Acorns
Two selections for the Little Acorns today, one winning and one losing.
There is always a debate on when you should lay these tips, but there are no definite guidelines on the system. The interesting thing today is that I looked at potential qualifiers at 6am and came up with these two. The first one was a bit overpriced but came down enough when I checked at 10am. There are certain rules regarding prices of certain other runners in the race and these were fine at both times I checked. Come race time the price had come down to 1.72 but the other parameters were incorrect. I stuck with my lay registered at 10am.
The second one was again okay at 10am, but by race time it had shot up to 2.6 and then went on to win. For the purposes of this review I am sticking to my present checking times.
Today’s results and the overall Daily Profit/Loss and Running totals take into account a 5% Betfair commission on winning lays.
