I sent an email to Leonardo via his website on Thursday 13th March 2014 and invite him to answer and fix the problems with his site. There are regulations with investment companies which he will need to adhere to.

You really need to add a terms and conditions page, privacy policy, earnings disclaimer and contact details such as phone number and business premises including VAT registration and possibly your company number so that investors can be confident in your service.

I have had a few of my members ask about your service RT Investment Pool and I have had to advise them against joining for the simple fact of the above missing information from your website. The reason i am involved in this is because I am currently in discussions with a senior detective in the UK financial crime unit and we are working together to combat scams which start out very much like what you are offering here. I am by no means accusing you of such claims i am simply advising you about this.

I am not sure if you are aware but the most recent scam which started very much like RT Investment Pool was Harry Lewis of Stable Lays and we have built up a portfolio of evidence for the courts. We are really cracking down on this kind of thing and if you are honest as it seems you are this information should be there for potential investors to see.
