The Evening Value Service – Day 66
Sgt Tony continues his review of The Evening Value Service
Hi All
Today is 5th August and Day 66 of our review. We started this review with a bank of £500 and are using £10 per point on a level stakes basis.
There is no evening racing on a Sunday, so there are no selections today.
Our brought forward bank from last time was £1,054.20, so with no selections today the closing balance at the end of Day Sixty Six remains at £1,054.20 giving us a profit to date of £554.20 or 55.42 points at level stakes.
Only a short while left now until the first ‘watershed’ point of the review after 56 ‘betting’ days, where we have to ecide whether to fail the system or carry on to 84 days, after allowing for the ‘non-betting’ days’ on Sundays. I have calculated that we have already had 10 Sundays with no evening racing, 2 ‘Jubilee’ days with no evening racing and 2 days where racing was abandoned during the deluge (hard to imagine in this heat wave!). That means we will add at least another 14 ‘no betting’ days onto the total trial before we have to make a decision to continue or not after Day 70. Please let me know if you need any further information about the service.
All the best
Sgt. Tony
